Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-24 This Privacy Policy covers Arcadia Craft ("Company") and explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our Services. If you're in the EU, we follow GDPR rules. We collect two kinds of data. First, personal stuff that identifies you—your name, email, address. Second, anonymous data that doesn't point to anyone specifically—things like how many people visited a page or what features get used most.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit our site, we automatically track your browser, operating system, ISP, IP address, when you visit, and where you came from. If you sign up, reach out to us, get our newsletter, or use the services, we'll ask for your name, email, and location. We also keep track of how you move around the site, what you click on, what device you're using, and any diagnostic information that helps us figure out what's working and what isn't. Using the Services means you're okay with us collecting this stuff.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use what you give us to: — Keep the Services running and make them better; — Look at how people use things and improve what we offer; — Send you updates and newsletters (you can turn these off anytime); — Keep your account working and help when you need it; — Follow the law and protect ourselves if something goes wrong.
3. INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
Your information goes to: — Companies that help us with hosting, payment processing, and analytics; — Our partners and related companies for day-to-day operations; — Police or government agencies if the law requires it or if we need to stop fraud; — Other companies if we get bought out or merge with someone else. Data that's been stripped of identifiers or combined with other data can be shared with anyone without restriction.
4. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies and similar tools to understand how the site works, see how you use it, and make things better. Third-party services we embed on the site follow their own privacy rules and collect data on their terms. Your browser settings let you manage cookies, though turning them off might break some features. Want to know more about the third-party services? Email info@arcadiacraft.space.
5. ADVERTISING
Third-party ads on the site track what you do to show you ads matched to your interests and where you're located. You can opt out of this kind of targeting in your device settings.
6. PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
Your username and what's on your profile can be seen by other users. Anything you post in forums or public areas is fair game for others to grab and use. We're not responsible for stuff you choose to share with other people.
7. DO NOT TRACK
Our Services ignore the "Do Not Track" setting in your browser because there's no real standard for it yet. You can read more about it at allaboutdnt.com.
8. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
If you live in California, you can ask us what categories of personal info we've shared with third parties for their marketing. You get one request per year, and you can submit it to info@arcadiacraft.space.
9. ACCESSING OR CHANGING YOUR INFORMATION
You can ask us to show you, fix, or delete your personal information, though some of it might have to stay for legal reasons. Reach out to info@arcadiacraft.space with requests.
10. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
Your data gets stored and processed all over the world through third-party vendors. When you use the Services, you accept that your information might be handled in places with different privacy rules. We keep personal information until you ask us to delete it or until we don't need it anymore.
11. INFORMATION FOR EU RESIDENTS (GDPR)
We have legal reasons for processing your data. Sometimes it's because you said it was okay (Art. 6(1)(a)), sometimes because we need it to do what we promised (Art. 6(1)(b)), sometimes because the law says we have to (Art. 6(1)(c)), sometimes because it's genuinely important (Art. 6(1)(d)), and sometimes because it's in our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Personal data gets deleted once we don't need it for what we originally collected it for, or when the law says we have to get rid of it. IP addresses stick around for about a week for security reasons, then we strip out the identifying parts. We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization turned on. If you want to opt out, grab the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at google.com/analytics/privacyoverview.html. Some cookies are necessary for the site to work (Art. 6(1)(f)), while others that track how you use things need your permission (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can change your cookie preferences in your browser. We send newsletters only to your email, and we delete it when you unsubscribe. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You have rights under GDPR. Contact info@arcadiacraft.space to access, correct, erase, restrict, move, or object to your data. You can also file a complaint with your country's data protection authority.
12. CHILDREN
Kids under 13 can't use the Services. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone that young. If you're between 13 and 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. Parents who want their child's information removed should contact info@arcadiacraft.space.
13. SECURITY
We use SSL encryption and other protections to keep your information safe, but nothing's completely bulletproof. Use the Services knowing there's always some risk, and keep your password to yourself.
14. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
We can change this Privacy Policy whenever we need to. New versions take effect thirty days after we post them, unless we say otherwise. If you keep using the Services after an update, that means you accept it.
